Resignation of Named Executive Officer
On January 10, 2020, the former Chief Medical Officer of Entasis Therapeutics Holdings Inc. (the “Company”), Robin Isaacs, M.D., retired from the Company. Dr. Isaacs will remain as a consultant to the Company as it executes its Phase 3 pivotal clinical trial evaluating its product candidate, sulbactam-durlobactam, for the treatment of patients with pneumonia and bloodstream infections caused by carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii.
